vibe_shot PoC
A hero shooter with the calm feel of Overwatch and the headshot satisfaction of Counter-Strike. This proof of concept: 10 bots, 5v5, King of the Hill. Nothing is scripted; every bot plays for itself.
Play it
Pick King of the Hill or Payload, pick a hero, and play with 9 bots. On a computer (keyboard and mouse).
WASD move · mouse aim · left click shoot · right click heal (support) · E ability · Space jump · Esc frees the mouse · F1 menu. The Windows build isn't code-signed, so SmartScreen may ask: "More info" → "Run anyway". The browser version runs on a simpler renderer and looks a bit brighter.
Highlights
Full casted matches
10 bots with their own personalities play an unscripted match on the Courtyard map: they group up, push, fall back, flank and take high ground. Afterwards a director picks every camera angle and two AI casters, Max and Sara, commentate it. Written by a local LLM, voiced by local TTS.

What's in the PoC
1 Tank · 1 Support · 3 DPS
1 Tank · 1 Support · 3 DPS
- King of the Hill: take the point alone, hold it to score, first to 100% wins. A contested point pauses scoring.
- Payload: attackers escort a cart through the courtyard while defenders stall it; a checkpoint adds time, spawns move up with the cart, teams swap at half-time and the further push wins.
- Map "Courtyard": the point sits in a walled courtyard; each team has a high-ground balcony, flank lanes run north and south, and a choke protects each spawn.
- Map "Overpass": the point is on a raised bridge with an underpass below for flankers, and each team has a sniper tower.
- Abilities: tanks raise a Barrier, supports pop a heal Pulse, and each team's three DPS have Dash, Frag grenade and Focus (a few seconds of pinpoint aim).
- Personalities: every player plays differently. Vex and Sly flank, Kite and Rook hold high ground with marksman rifles, Raze is reckless, Bjorn is a steady anchor.
- Team play: each team has a shot-caller: group up before a push, fall back when outnumbered, focus fire the weakest target.
- Headshots matter: separate head hitbox, 2.5× damage.
- Camera: third person before and after rounds, first person during play, bird's eye for team fights.
Next
- Sharper casters: fewer factual slips, more storylines across a match.
- Game sounds and crowd reactions under the commentary.
